Where do you offer therapy services?
We can clients in DC, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina
What kind of therapy do you offer?
We offer individual therapy for adults, specializing in the needs of professionals, executives, and parents. Our approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based strategies, and evidence-based tools for emotional regulation and executive functioning.
What is your therapeutic approach?
We believe in combining proven therapeutic methods with the transformative power of connection. Our approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and work through difficult experiences. The work is informed by Internal Family Systems, which offers a compassionate way to understand your inner conflicts and develop self-leadership. For couples, we draw from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to strengthen your connection and communication patterns. For parents, we incorporate strategies inspired by Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to enhance relationships with your children. Attachment theory serves as our foundation, helping us understand how relationships work and how to build secure, meaningful connections. Everything we do supports our core belief: when people feel truly seen and connected, real change becomes possible.
